Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CVRocket.app ("Service"), operated by MIVIA SP. Z O.O., a company registered in Poland at ul. Świerkowa 6, 19-300 Woszczele, Polska (NIP: PL8481890223, REGON: 540026889, KRS: 0001135201). By accessing or using CVRocket.app (https://cvrocket.app), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CVRocket.app is an AI-powered platform helping job seekers create resumes and motivation letters in multiple languages (English, Polish, Filipino, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian), track job applications, prepare for interviews, and assess career match ratings. Features are powered by xAI's Grok-2 (in private mode) and hosted on US servers via Railway.app (AWS cloud). We may promote the Service via bots using public API data from X, LinkedIn, and Facebook, not CVRocket.app user data.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CVRocket.app. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

CVRocket.app stores and processes your data (e.g., CV content, account info) on servers located in the United States through Railway.app, which manages AWS cloud servers. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your personal data to the US, where it is protected under GDPR safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must not use CVRocket.app.

Plans: Free tier offers limited features; paid plans (14 days/$5, 30 days/$10) unlock full access and AI credits. Billing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal). Refunds: No refunds unless required by Polish/EU law. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account; no further charges apply post-cancellation.

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., CVs, job descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process it for Service delivery (e.g., AI analysis via Grok-2). We will not use this data for bot promotion on X, LinkedIn, or Facebook—only public data from those platforms is used there. xAI processes data in private mode—no storage occurs there.

You agree not to: Use CVRocket.app for illegal purposes or to harm others. Upload false, offensive, or infringing content. Reverse-engineer, hack, or overload the Service. Resell or redistribute the Service without permission. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

CVRocket.app, its templates, and AI outputs (excluding your content) are owned by MIVIA SP. Z O.O. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written consent.

xAI (Grok-2): AI processing in private mode—see xAI's terms. Railway.app: US server hosting—see Railway's terms. Stripe: Billing—see Stripe's terms. X.com, LinkedIn, Facebook: Public data for bot promotion via their APIs—see their terms. We do not use CVRocket.app user data for this, only public posts from these platforms. We're not liable for third-party service issues.

CVRocket.app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or job outcomes. Use at your own risk, subject to Polish/EU consumer laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIVIA SP. Z O.O. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost job opportunities) arising from your use of CVRocket.app. Liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.

You may stop using CVRocket.app anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or legal requirements, with notice where feasible.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ełk, Poland, unless EU law mandates otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted at https://cvrocket.app/terms, with major updates notified via email or app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
